Valpendii is crafted in the Prosecco DOC region of northeastern Italy, where Prosecco is part of everyday life. This area offers a unique combination of sun-drenched vineyards, temperate breezes, and mineral-rich soils—conditions that give the Glera grape its freshness and fragrance. These qualities shape the easy, vibrant character that defines Valpendii.

Grapes are hand-harvested and gently pressed to preserve their natural aromas and freshness. The must is chilled and filtered before fermentation begins in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature between 18°C and 22°C. The wine undergoes its second fermentation using the Charmat method—a process in which bubbles form in pressurised tanks rather than in the bottle. This technique is ideal for preserving the grape’s natural aromatics, enhancing its crisp apple notes, floral nuances, and refined texture.
